Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for both COCO and FOFO outlets</li></ul><ul><li>Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain employee records and HRMIS systems accurately</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with employees for attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs</li></ul><ul><li>Support compliance-related tasks (ESI, PF, Shops &amp; Establishments registration, etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>Facilitate periodic employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling</li></ul><ul><li>Support performance appraisal cycles and internal communication</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure HR policy adherence across locations</li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with external consultants/vendors for recruitment and compliance</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul><ul><li>Working knowledge of HR processes and Indian labor laws</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software (Zoho/GreytHR, etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><ul><li>High level of integrity and confidentiality</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or related field</li></ul><ul><li>1-2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in hospitality, retail, or QSR industry</li></ul><ul><li>Experience working with multi-location teams or franchises is an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
