Bohm Law Group, Inc., a civil litigation law firm, is looking to hire a self-motivated Office Assistant on a part-time basis, with a possibility of becoming full-time. Flexible on part-time hours schedule.Desired Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Current California Driver&rsquo;s License is required.</li><li>Good attendance and being on time will be required.</li><li>Office experience is preferred but will substitute for office type courses in a college.</li><li>High school diploma or greater is required.</li></ul>Duties include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Telephone communication skills;</li><li>Ability to meet set deadlines;</li><li>Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;</li><li>Proficient in reading and writing with minimal grammatical errors;</li><li>Analyzing and organizing information;</li><li>Able to successfully work independently and as part of a team;</li><li>People skills: ability to empathize and gain trust of potential clients;</li><li>Able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor; and</li><li>Knowledge of the principles, values, and processes for providing exceptional customer service.</li><li>Filing</li><li>Mail</li><li>Sending out letters (Need understanding of basic letter format)</li><li>Light cleaning and maintaining your personal space.</li></ul>The Office Assistant will work directly under and report to the Office Manager.
