Whether you&rsquo;re handling cash, taking orders, or assisting in the kitchen, your energy and dedication will make a positive impact on our guests and team alike.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to enhance their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast, ensuring quick turnaround</li><li>Prepare food items according to safety standards, sanitation protocols, and quality guidelines, including basic food prep and handling</li><li>Operate cash registers efficiently, handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems</li><li>Upsell menu items or products to increase sales while maintaining excellent customer relations</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, kitchen stations, and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed</li><li>Assist with food delivery to tables or takeout orders while providing friendly service and support in food industry operations such as bussing and serving</li><li>Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service without compromising quality or safety standards</li><li>Support food safety regulations by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations in a quick service &amp; fast food environment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in food service, restaurant work is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems like Toast is a plus</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and order totaling</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures is desirable</li><li>Experience with food preparation or kitchen tasks is advantageous but not mandatory</li><li>Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively environment!
