Job Overview:We are looking for a competent accountant who can maintain financial records and assist in general day-to-day tasks within the finance department. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for computing, classifying, and recording expenditures and revenue data to keep the company's financial records complete.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).</li><li>Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.</li><li>Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.</li><li>Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.</li><li>Ensure timely collection of receivables and payment of payables.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.</li><li>Monitor budget variances and provide analysis and explanations.</li><li>Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal tax regulations.</li><li>Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.</li><li>Develop and implement internal control procedures to ensure the integrity of financial information.</li><li>Conduct periodic reviews and audits of financial processes.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting / finance or related field</li><li>Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in accounting or finance in the UAE, with at least 2 years in a Real Estate firm in UAE (Developer or Brokerage)</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Immediate joiners or people with maximum 15 days notice period will be given preference</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you join immediately or maximum within 15 days of receipt of offer ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Real Estate: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
