Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, possess an extensive network within the industry, and demonstrate innovative problem-solving abilities. This role requires individuals who can think outside the box and provide tailored solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents and agencies to expand our network.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and market research.
• Provide clients with comprehensive property information and guidance throughout the auction process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure successful transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments to offer informed advice to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UAE Real Estate Developers or PropTech (online property portals) space.
• Extensive network within the real estate industry, particularly with agents and agencies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Immediate Joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
