Healthcare Sales Manager – Middle East
Location: Dubai, UAE (Regional GCC Travel)

Venesta, a leading UK manufacturer of specialist interior systems and healthcare solutions, is expanding its Healthcare Division across the Middle East following the acquisition of David Bailey Furniture Systems.

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Sales Manager to drive growth across the GCC by promoting specialist healthcare furniture, nurse stations, clinical storage, IPS systems, and bespoke hospital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Venesta’s healthcare business across the Middle East
• Secure product specifications with healthcare architects and consultants
• Build relationships with hospital operators, contractors, and procurement teams
• Identify and convert healthcare projects into secured orders
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award
• Achieve sales and growth targets across the region

Requirements

• 5–10 years’ experience selling into healthcare projects in the Middle East
• Strong network of healthcare architects, consultants, contractors, and hospital stakeholders
• Experience with healthcare furniture, medical casework, IPS systems, or specialist interior solutions
• Proven track record of securing large-value healthcare projects
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Arabic language skills are an advantage

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
