This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills and experience in logistics, shipping, and supply chain operations. We manage import, storage, and distribution of goods across Oman, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics operations for our partners.Why Work With Us<ul><li>Stable and growing company in the FMCG distribution sector</li><li>Hands-on experience in import/export and logistics operations</li><li>Opportunity to grow in supply chain and operations management</li><li>Supportive and structured working environment</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities</li><li>Manage shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery coordination</li><li>Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams</li><li>Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.)</li><li>Monitor inventory movement and ensure stock availability</li><li>Resolve shipping delays, issues, and operational bottlenecks</li><li>Maintain accurate records of logistics activities</li><li>Support import/export procedures and customs documentation</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations role</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics processes</li><li>Basic understanding of import/export procedures (preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure</li><li>FMCG or distribution experience is an advantage</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Sunday to Thursday</li><li>Standard office hours with occasional operational flexibility</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you are a motivated professional with logistics and coordination experience, we encourage you to apply today.
