Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our growing distribution team in Salalah. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills and experience in logistics, shipping, and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth movement of goods, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and transport teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities
• Manage shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery coordination
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure stock availability
• Resolve shipping delays, issues, and operational bottlenecks
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities
• Support import/export procedures and customs documentation

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics processes
• Basic understanding of import/export procedures (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• FMCG or distribution experience is an advantage

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Sunday to Thursday
• Standard office hours with occasional operational flexibility
