Position Overview
We are seeking a Treasury Manager (Logistics) to lead and manage treasury operations, cash flow, and financial planning within logistics activities. This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong financial expertise, risk management capabilities, and the ability to align treasury functions with logistics performance goals. The Treasury Manager will play a key role in safeguarding Tomassone SRL Financials’ operations and maintaining its reputation for excellence in financial and logistics governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee treasury operations including cash management, liquidity planning, and forecasting.
  • Develop strategies to optimize working capital and improve financial efficiency in logistics.
  • Monitor and manage foreign exchange, banking relationships, and investment activities.
  • Collaborate with logistics managers to align treasury functions with operational needs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for logistics finance.
  • Ensure compliance with Oman’s financial regulations and international treasury standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on treasury performance and recommend improvements.
  • Lead audits, financial reviews, and ensure accurate documentation of treasury activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–10 years of experience in treasury management, logistics finance, or corporate finance.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations, financial regulations, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP systems, and treasury management tools.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and deliver under deadlines.
