Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff activities
• Manage inventory control, stock receiving, and dispatch processes
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of incoming and outgoing goods
• Organize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval
• Monitor loading and unloading operations
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams
• Prepare reports on stock levels and warehouse performance
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage warehouse staff effectively
• Basic computer skills for reporting and stock tracking
• Physically fit and able to work in warehouse environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (logistics training is an advantage)

Work Schedule

• Schedule: Full-time, 6 days per week
• Location: On-site in Salalah, Dhofar, Oman
