We are looking for an experienced Lead E-Commerce Operations to oversee and optimize our end-to-end online operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily e-commerce activities, improving operational efficiency, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and driving performance across marketplaces and owned platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across websites.</li><li>Own order management, inventory planning, logistics coordination, and returns management.</li><li>Monitor order fulfillment rate, cancellation rate, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, customer support, tech) and external vendors.</li><li>Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.</li><li>Handle escalations related to operations, logistics, and customer issues.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.</li><li>2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with at least 1 years in a leadership role</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Market competitive salary .</li><li>Opportunity to lead and scale a growing e-commerce operation</li><li>Collaborative and fast-paced work environment</li><li>Career growth and learning opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personExpected Start Date: 15/12/2025
