Chocolate Production Chef / Chocolatier

We are looking for a skilled chocolatier with experience in tempering and enrobing chocolate. The candidate must be confident working independently on production machinery and maintaining consistency in product quality.

This is a hands-on production role, not a corporate managerial position.

Experience in date or nut-based confectionery (preferable)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate tempering and enrobing machines

Manage cooling tunnel settings

Produce chocolate-coated and stuffed dates

Control tempering temperatures and viscosity

Prevent bloom and coating defects

Maintain daily production logs

Train helpers in chocolate handling

Requirements:

3–5 years experience in chocolate production

Experience working with real couverture chocolate

Basic understanding of tempering curves

Experience in enrobing preferred

Ability to manage small production team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
