Job Title: BaristaWorkplace: Specialty Coffee Roastery &amp; Caf&eacute;Job Description:We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista who is enthusiastic about specialty coffee and capable of preparing high-quality beverages while delivering an excellent customer experience.Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare specialty coffee beverages such as espresso, latte, cappuccino, and other drinks with consistency and high quality.</li></ul><ul><li>Operate and calibrate the espresso machine and coffee grinder on a daily basis.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain proper extraction standards and follow specialty coffee preparation practices.</li></ul><ul><li>Clean and maintain coffee equipment and the work area regularly.</li></ul><ul><li>Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in managing stock of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.</li></ul><ul><li>Follow hygiene and safety standards in the caf&eacute;.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience as a Barista (specialty coffee experience preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of espresso extraction and grind calibration.</li></ul><ul><li>Good customer service and communication skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work well in a team.</li></ul><ul><li>Reliable, punctual, and professional.</li></ul>Additional Skills (Preferred):<ul><li>Latte art skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of coffee beans and different brewing methods</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: RO150.000 - RO200.000 per monthWork Location: In person
