Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista who is enthusiastic about specialty coffee and capable of preparing high-quality beverages while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare specialty coffee beverages such as espresso, latte, cappuccino, and other drinks with consistency and high quality.

• Operate and calibrate the espresso machine and coffee grinder on a daily basis.

• Maintain proper extraction standards and follow specialty coffee preparation practices.

• Clean and maintain coffee equipment and the work area regularly.

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.

• Assist in managing stock of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.

• Follow hygiene and safety standards in the café.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista (specialty coffee experience preferred).

• Knowledge of espresso extraction and grind calibration.

• Good customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work well in a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Latte art skills.

• Knowledge of coffee beans and different brewing methods

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO150.000 - RO200.000 per month
