While our mission is to create lasting partnerships with clients through service excellence, teamwork, and innovation, we aim to be a single-source supply chain solution for our customers.We are seeking a results-driven Production Manager with a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring efficient production operations. The position will be assigned to our 5224 Gibbon Road facility. As a critical part of our manufacturing component of the business, this role will troubleshoot production issues and oversee the maintenance of production equipment. He/she will also analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and ensure that production deadlines are met.What are the qualifications for this position?&middot; A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering or closely related field.&middot; Three (3) years of experience as a production engineer or equivalent.&middot; In-depth knowledge of manufacturing including processes, production systems and quality control.&middot; Proficiency in process optimization.&middot; Experience with basic electronic/mechanical troubleshooting including: sensors and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)&middot; Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient production processes.&middot; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.&middot; Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions in a manufacturing environment.&middot; Experience in food manufacturing&middot; Experience in white pouch, snus, or tobacco industries (desired)&middot; Excellent customer relations skills&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeWhat will you do?&middot; Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization.&middot; Oversee improvements to the production workflows&middot; Conduct root cause analysis for production-related problems and implement preventive measures.&middot; Collaborate with production team to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.&middot; Manage and take quality control measures to ensure that product specifications are met.&middot; Collaborate with suppliers and customers to manage the supply chain and ensure timely production.&middot; Maintain documentation for production processes, standard operating procedures and quality standards.&middot; Coordinate with the Inventory and Production planning groups to ensure all batch records, work orders and allocated materials are available to the production teams ahead of runs.&middot; Coordinate maintenance and production groups to ensure maximum production line up-time.&middot; Direct production efforts to complete work orders from the production schedule.&middot; Assist the line lead in reconciling all materials after the completion of a job.&middot; Assist the quality representative and quality manager in completing all batch records, resolving issues and completing investigations.Why Should You Apply?Pay will commensurate with experience.
