The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure timely delivery, optimal resource utilization, and smooth factory operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans</li><li>Coordinate with production, warehouse, procurement, and sales teams</li><li>Monitor raw material availability and plan production accordingly</li><li>Track production output and ensure targets are met</li><li>Optimize machine and manpower utilization</li><li>Update production schedules based on demand changes</li><li>Maintain production records and reports</li><li>Ensure production plans align with quality and safety standards</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;4 years experience in production planning (FMCG / food manufacturing preferred)</li><li>Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus)</li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
