Job Description

We are looking for a Production Planner to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure timely delivery, optimal resource utilization, and smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, procurement, and sales teams
• Monitor raw material availability and plan production accordingly
• Track production output and ensure targets are met
• Optimize machine and manpower utilization
• Update production schedules based on demand changes
• Maintain production records and reports
• Ensure production plans align with quality and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years experience in production planning (FMCG / food manufacturing preferred)
• Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
