Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily accounting operations for our retail stores Book Corner &amp; Funzone. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and standard accounting practices.Female candidates only with sponsor visa.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, general ledger).</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.</li><li>Handle VAT calculations, returns filing, and compliance as per FTA guidelines.</li><li>Manage UAE Corporate Tax compliance, record-keeping, and filing.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and petty cash.</li><li>Monitor inventory costing, stock adjustments, and purchase entries.</li><li>Maintain timely and accurate records of sales, expenses, and supplier payments.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management.</li><li>Prepare payroll, leave salary, and end-of-service calculations.</li><li>Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.</li><li>Ensure all accounting data is filed securely and updated regularly.</li><li>Generate periodic reports for management decision-making.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years accounting experience in UAE (retail experience preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).</li><li>Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Professional growth opportunities</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
