Key Responsibilities:

<li>Ensure accurate input of booking details into the system and provide confirmation to customers.</li>

<li>Upselling and Cross-Selling
<ul>
<li>Promote additional services and upgrades to customers, such as extended rental hours or premium packages.</li>
<li>Suggest complementary experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>On-Site Customer Support
<ul>
<li>Greet customers upon arrival at the boat, confirm bookings, and collect any outstanding payments.</li>
<li>Provide customers with a brief overview of safety protocols and boat features.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Boat Preparation and Inspection
<ul>
<li>Inspect the boat before departure to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and ready for the customer.</li>
<li>Address any issues or discrepancies with the boat owner or maintenance team promptly.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Customer Relations
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their rental period.</li>
<li>Resolve any customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Administrative Tasks
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer feedback.</li>
<li>Assist with daily reports and operational documentation.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ol>
Qualifications and Skills:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the boating industry is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).</li>
<li>Familiarity with Dubai s tourism and boating industry is an advantage.</li>
