Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and in-person.
- Ensure accurate input of booking details into the system and provide confirmation to customers.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling- Promote additional services and upgrades to customers, such as extended rental hours or premium packages.
- Suggest complementary experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
 
- On-Site Customer Support- Greet customers upon arrival at the boat, confirm bookings, and collect any outstanding payments.
- Provide customers with a brief overview of safety protocols and boat features.
 
- Boat Preparation and Inspection- Inspect the boat before departure to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and ready for the customer.
- Address any issues or discrepancies with the boat owner or maintenance team promptly.
 
- Customer Relations- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their rental period.
- Resolve any customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
 
- Administrative Tasks- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer feedback.
- Assist with daily reports and operational documentation.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the boating industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Familiarity with Dubai s tourism and boating industry is an advantage.
