Entry-Level Telemarketer / Sales Development Representative Location: Pocatello, IdahoBoom Industrial is a growing contract manufacturing company specializing in custom rubber, plastic, and metal components. We are expanding our East Idaho sales office and are looking for 1&ndash;2 motivated, entry-level telemarketers to support our sales team.If you are hardworking, coachable, and motivated to earn bonuses based on performance, this is a great opportunity to start a career in sales.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Make approximately 70&ndash;100 outbound calls per day to businesses</li><li>Introduce our manufacturing services to potential customers</li><li>Send follow-up emails and track communication in our CRM</li><li>Set qualified appointments for the sales team</li><li>Maintain organized call notes and follow-up schedules</li></ul>This role is ideal for someone looking to break into sales. High performers may transition into an Account Manager role over time based on results and career goals.What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Strong phone communication skills</li><li>Comfortable making cold calls</li><li>Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM systems)</li><li>Good time management and organization</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to stay motivated while making high call volumes</li></ul>Previous sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Students or entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.Compensation &amp; Growth:<ul><li>$13&ndash;$16 per hour (DOE) during first 90 days</li><li>Monthly performance bonuses</li><li>Performance review after 90 days with opportunity for base increase</li><li>Clear path to grow into a full Account Manager position</li></ul>This position requires persistence, patience, and consistency.
