Entry-Level Telemarketer / Sales Development Representative
Location: Pocatello, Idaho

Boom Industrial is a growing contract manufacturing company specializing in custom rubber, plastic, and metal components. We are expanding our East Idaho sales office and are looking for 1–2 motivated, entry-level telemarketers to support our sales team.

What You’ll Do:

• Make approximately 70–100 outbound calls per day to businesses
• Introduce our manufacturing services to potential customers
• Send follow-up emails and track communication in our CRM
• Set qualified appointments for the sales team
• Maintain organized call notes and follow-up schedules

This role is ideal for someone looking to break into sales. High performers may transition into an Account Manager role over time based on results and career goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong phone communication skills
• Comfortable making cold calls
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM systems)
• Good time management and organization
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stay motivated while making high call volumes

Previous sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Students or entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Growth:

• $13–$16 per hour (DOE) during first 90 days
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Performance review after 90 days with opportunity for base increase
• Clear path to grow into a full Account Manager position
