This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative environment that values your contributions.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Provide expert legal counsel in immigration law, assisting clients with visa applications, green card petitions, and citizenship processes.</li><li>Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and adoption cases, ensuring their rights are protected.</li><li>Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and client needs.</li><li>Draft clear and persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts tailored to each client's unique situation.</li><li>Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in family law disputes and immigration matters, striving for favorable outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with other attorneys on complex cases involving estate planning, landlord-tenant law, personal injury law, and more.</li><li>Manage a diverse caseload efficiently within a fast-paced law office environment while maintaining high standards of client service.</li><li>Stay current on changes in immigration policies, family law regulations, and relevant case law to provide informed advice.</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active Florida bar membership.</li><li>Proven experience in immigration law and family law practice areas.</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Familiarity with estate planning, environmental law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal laws &amp; regulations, litigation, patent law.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes for clients.</li><li>Excellent writing skills demonstrated through legal drafting experience and effective communication abilities.</li><li>Previous legal administrative experience that enhances your ability to manage cases effectively.</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it here We are dedicated to fostering an environment where our team members can thrive both professionally and personally.
