Join our dynamic legal team as an Immigration and Family Florida Licensed Attorney, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of immigration and family law. What you’ll do

  • Provide expert legal counsel in immigration law, assisting clients with visa applications, green card petitions, and citizenship processes.
  • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and adoption cases, ensuring their rights are protected.
  • Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and client needs.
  • Draft clear and persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts tailored to each client's unique situation.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in family law disputes and immigration matters, striving for favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys on complex cases involving estate planning, landlord-tenant law, personal injury law, and more.
  • Manage a diverse caseload efficiently within a fast-paced law office environment while maintaining high standards of client service.
  • Stay current on changes in immigration policies, family law regulations, and relevant case law to provide informed advice.

Basic qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active Florida bar membership.
  • Proven experience in immigration law and family law practice areas.

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with estate planning, environmental law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal laws & regulations, litigation, patent law.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes for clients.
  • Excellent writing skills demonstrated through legal drafting experience and effective communication abilities.
  • Previous legal administrative experience that enhances your ability to manage cases effectively.
