Assistant Attorney General - Public Assistance Fraud Prosecutor
The Utah Attorney General's Office (AGO) Justice Division has an immediate opening for a full-time prosecutor in the Victim Agency Prosecution Section. The successful candidate will specifically work with the Department of Workforce Services prosecuting public assistance fraud cases. This position is located in Murray, Utah.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduation from accredited law school with a Juris Doctor degree.
Experience: Minimum of three years of full-time experience as a practicing attorney. Criminal prosecution experience is strongly desired.
Bar License: Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Utah State Bar at the time of application.
