Field incoming questions and resolve issues from internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person.</p></li><li><div>
Ensure accuracy and compliance by performing daily check audits.</div></li><li><div>
Process check replacement requests</div></li><li><div>
Dig into the details to research and resolve issues with Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments.</div></li><li><div>
Communicate with stakeholders to keep payments running smoothly.</div></li><li><div>
Tackle a variety of administrative tasks, including supporting the Finder garnishment program.</div></li></ul></div><p></p>
