We recruit highly competent individuals on the basis of ethics, appropriate education, training, skills, and experience.Location: Al Quoz Industrial 4What we offer: Good compensation package + benefits (Free Accommodation, free electricity, water, and Wi-fi).Full details to be discussed during the interview.Duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for the whole Payroll process</li><li>Enters and records all payroll and employee data in Tally accounting software for efficient financial management</li><li>Prepare all the Payroll-related costs during the Budgeting process</li><li>Update all the Payroll-related costs during the Quarterly Forecast</li><li>Entry and follow-up of employees&rsquo; deductions, loans, additions, bonuses, unpaid leaves, etc.</li><li>Process and issue employee monthly pay slips, and ensure their distribution to the employees</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll related laws and best practices</li><li>Posting of gratuity calculation accrual entries</li><li>Supports in VAT submission</li><li>Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information</li><li>Collect, sort and check supplier invoices</li><li>Data entry, including vouchers, accounting statements, other reports and records</li><li>Prepare sales tax invoices/bills</li><li>Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements</li><li>Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements</li><li>Other ad hoc responsibilities such as; adding new employees to Tally, processing and posting of salary advance requests, EOSB payment, Social security contribution payments</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Mandatory: Advance knowledge of Tally accounting software for efficient financial management</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience</li><li>Knowledge of WPS and other applicable local and regional laws</li><li>Ability to effectively prioritize work, establish and execute plans to meet tight deadlines, multi-task and work under pressure with a strong attention to detail</li><li>Strong understanding of UAE accounting principles, tax regulations and financial reporting standards</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools</li><li>Be able to be relied upon in keeping confidential and sensitive payroll information</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with others and reconcile differences among resources/departments</li><li>With good communication skills</li><li>Ability to speak and write in English is required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
