Duties/Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full transportation operations across the company.
• Plan, schedule, and track the transport of materials, equipment, and workers to various sites.
• Monitor daily vehicle usage and ensure optimal allocation of fleet resources.
• Oversee the daily maintenance, servicing, and inspection of all vehicles in the fleet.
• Coordinate with drivers, site supervisors, and logistics teams to ensure timely operations.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, maintenance logs, and transport documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE transport regulations.
• Address and resolve any transport-related issues or delays promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transport efficiency and cost control.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the construction industry (preferred).
• Proven experience in transportation management coordination.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstratedleadership and management skills to effectively supervise drivers and transport operations.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
