Transportation Coordinator – Land Freight

We are hiring a Transportation Coordinator with experience in trailer and truck movement operations within the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily vehicle movements, monitoring deliveries, communicating with drivers, and ensuring smooth land freight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily trailer and truck movements across the UAE.
• Assign trips and follow up with drivers for timely delivery.
• Monitor vehicle locations and shipment status.
• Prepare transport documents, trip sheets, and delivery records.
• Coordinate with customers, warehouse teams, and transport vendors.
• Handle delivery delays and operational issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport and safety regulations.
• Maintain records of trips, fuel usage, and driver activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in trailer and truck movement coordination.
• Knowledge of UAE routes and transport operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, logistics systems).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple trips.
• English & Hindi Mandatory

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
