Marketing Director &ndash; Growth From $20M &rarr; $150MLocation: Hybrid / Remote Company: Bosso Lighting Industry: Home Services / Smart Home / Door-to-Door Sales Support Compensation: Competitive + Performance IncentivesAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Marketing Director who has already scaled a home-service or service-based company from roughly $20M to $150M+ in annual revenue.This leader will architect and execute a full-funnel growth engine across digital, offline, and subscription-driven channels. You will be responsible for owning strategy, building the systems, managing the teams, and guiding the company into its next stage of hypergrowth.This is not a &ldquo;manage from above&rdquo; role &mdash; you must be willing to operate hands-on initially, build the foundation, then scale the department with SOPs, hires, and automation.What You&rsquo;ll Own &amp; BuildGrowth Strategy &amp; Revenue Scaling<ul><li>Build a scalable marketing engine capable of supporting growth from $20M to $150M+.</li><li>Analyze and architect the marketing infrastructure, tech stack, and team needed for this level of expansion.</li><li>Implement data-driven planning, forecasting, and optimization for predictable lead flow, CAC, and ROI.</li></ul>Channel Expertise (Must Have Experience In All)<ul><li>Facebook Ads &ndash; advanced audience strategies, creative iteration, and conversion optimization.</li><li>Google Ads &ndash; local service ads, search, display, and performance maximization.</li><li>SEO &ndash; long-term organic acquisition focus with strong technical and content strategy.</li><li>Email &amp; SMS Marketing &ndash; full lifecycle automation, reactivation, upsell, and retention.</li><li>Affiliate / Partnership Programs &ndash; build and manage performance-based referral and partner channels.</li><li>Home Services Marketing &ndash; proven experience in high-velocity lead generation for service-based companies.</li></ul>App Monetization &amp; Subscription MarketingWe have a &ldquo;light version&rdquo; of our app and a paid monthly subscription.You must know how to:<ul><li>Drive in-app conversions (iOS + Android)</li><li>Build subscription funnels, reactivation flows, and cross-sell/upgrade paths</li><li>Coordinate App Store campaigns, creative testing, and retention-based messaging</li></ul>CRM &amp; HighLevel (GoHighLevel)<ul><li>Full command of HighLevel including:</li><li>Automation workflows</li><li>Call center routing</li><li>Lead nurturing sequences</li><li>Reporting dashboards</li><li>Oversee integration between inbound marketing and our internal call center to maximize appointment set rate and revenue per lead.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Department Building<ul><li>Build the marketing org from the ground up&mdash;initially executing yourself, then creating SOPs, hiring specialists, and bringing automation online.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align growth with company capacity.</li><li>Own all key marketing KPIs, budget management, agency/vendor relationships, and performance reporting.</li></ul>Experience We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Required: Has personally scaled a home-service or similar company from roughly $20M &rarr; $100M+ or more.</li><li>Deep experience using piece rate / commission-based business models (door-to-door familiarity is a huge plus).</li><li>8+ years of progressively senior marketing experience, with at least 3 at the Director or VP level.</li><li>Proven success leading multi-channel campaigns with measurable revenue impact.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with ability to model CAC, payback, LTV, retention, and budget allocation.</li><li>Comfortable acting as both strategist and hands-on executor during the initial stage.</li></ul>Why Join UsBosso Lighting is scaling aggressively and entering markets with massive demand.
