About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Director who has already scaled a home-service or service-based company from roughly $20M to $150M+ in annual revenue.
This leader will architect and execute a full-funnel growth engine across digital, offline, and subscription-driven channels. You will be responsible for owning strategy, building the systems, managing the teams, and guiding the company into its next stage of hypergrowth.
This is not a “manage from above” role — you must be willing to operate hands-on initially, build the foundation, then scale the department with SOPs, hires, and automation.
What You’ll Own & BuildGrowth Strategy & Revenue Scaling
- Build a scalable marketing engine capable of supporting growth from $20M to $150M+.
- Analyze and architect the marketing infrastructure, tech stack, and team needed for this level of expansion.
- Implement data-driven planning, forecasting, and optimization for predictable lead flow, CAC, and ROI.
Channel Expertise (Must Have Experience In All)
- Facebook Ads – advanced audience strategies, creative iteration, and conversion optimization.
- Google Ads – local service ads, search, display, and performance maximization.
- SEO – long-term organic acquisition focus with strong technical and content strategy.
- Email & SMS Marketing – full lifecycle automation, reactivation, upsell, and retention.
- Affiliate / Partnership Programs – build and manage performance-based referral and partner channels.
- Home Services Marketing – proven experience in high-velocity lead generation for service-based companies.
App Monetization & Subscription Marketing
We have a “light version” of our app and a paid monthly subscription.
You must know how to:
- Drive in-app conversions (iOS + Android)
- Build subscription funnels, reactivation flows, and cross-sell/upgrade paths
- Coordinate App Store campaigns, creative testing, and retention-based messaging
CRM & HighLevel (GoHighLevel)
- Full command of HighLevel including:
- Automation workflows
- Call center routing
- Lead nurturing sequences
- Reporting dashboards
- Oversee integration between inbound marketing and our internal call center to maximize appointment set rate and revenue per lead.
Leadership & Department Building
- Build the marketing org from the ground up—initially executing yourself, then creating SOPs, hiring specialists, and bringing automation online.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align growth with company capacity.
- Own all key marketing KPIs, budget management, agency/vendor relationships, and performance reporting.
Experience We’re Looking For
- Required: Has personally scaled a home-service or similar company from roughly $20M → $100M+ or more.
- Deep experience using piece rate / commission-based business models (door-to-door familiarity is a huge plus).
- 8+ years of progressively senior marketing experience, with at least 3 at the Director or VP level.
- Proven success leading multi-channel campaigns with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to model CAC, payback, LTV, retention, and budget allocation.
- Comfortable acting as both strategist and hands-on executor during the initial stage.
