Job Description:Boss Waste Solutions is a growing waste collection company seeking a dependable Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of garbage trucks and equipment. The work location is in London, Kentucky.Job Overview:&middot; Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel-powered garbage trucks&middot; Handle preventative maintenance including oil changes, greasing, and inspections&middot; Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems&middot; Repair or replace components such as brakes, suspension, pumps, cylinders, and hoses&middot; Maintain maintenance records and ensure equipment stays road-ready&middot; Work with operations staff to minimize downtime&middot; Maintain a safe, clean and organized workspacePosition Qualifications:&middot; Must be eligible to work in the U.S.&middot; Experience working on diesel trucks or heavy equipment&middot; Knowledge of hydraulic systems preferred&middot; Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues&middot; Basic tools required (specialty tools provided)&middot; CDL is a plus but not required&middot; Dependable and able to work independently&middot; Problem solving skillsIf you take pride in keeping trucks running and want to work with a company that values your skills, we want to hear from you.Boss Waste Solutions LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
