This is a hands-on, active role where you&rsquo;ll manage a group of dogs on structured hikes while ensuring safety, control, and a great experience for both pets and their owners.If you love dogs, enjoy working outdoors, and can confidently take the lead&mdash;keep reading.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Pick up and safely transport a group of 5&ndash;7 dogs to local hiking trails</li><li>Lead structured, off-leash group hikes (1.5&ndash;3 miles) in all weather conditions</li><li>Manage pack behavior, ensuring safe and positive group dynamics</li><li>Maintain full control of the group at all times&mdash;this is a leadership role in the field</li><li>Clean and care for dogs after hikes (yes, there will be mud)</li><li>Capture photos/videos for client updates</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients and team members</li><li>Follow all safety, handling, and company procedures</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong love for dogs and the outdoors (all weather included)</li><li>Confident, reliable, and able to lead a group&mdash;both dogs and routine</li><li>Experience handling multiple dogs (off-leash experience is a big plus)</li><li>Comfortable with different breeds, sizes, and temperaments</li><li>Physically active: able to hike several miles daily and assist larger dogs if needed</li><li>Valid MA driver&rsquo;s license + clean driving record</li><li>Access to a vehicle that can transport multiple dogs (equipment provided)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you able to lift 40 lbs?</li><li>Do you have a clean/valid drivers license and a car?</li><li>Tell me about your personal/professional dog experience?</li><li>Are you comfortable driving in downtown Boston?</li><li>Are you looking for full time or part time?
