Our team is hardworking, creative, and detail-driven, with a passion for transforming visions into reality.The Role:We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated, design-minded sales associate to join us for the fall/winter season. This is a contract position with a flexible schedule, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in both creative design and client-facing sales. For the right person, this role can transition into a full-time position in spring as our busy season ramps up. Our type of business is very seasonal, meaning hours ramp up in the spring/fall and slow down in the winter/ hot summer months.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Meet with clients to understand their outdoor vision and lifestyle needs.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop design concepts and proposals that reflect Botanical Artistry&rsquo;s style and attention to detail.</li></ul><ul><li>Present and refine designs, working closely with clients through the sales process.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with the owner and project team to ensure smooth handoff from design to installation.</li></ul><ul><li>Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth in every client interaction.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Flexible schedule &mdash; work when it fits best, as long as client needs are met.</li></ul><ul><li>Base pay: $18&ndash;$25/hr (depending on experience).</li></ul><ul><li>Commission: Earn 3&ndash;7% of gross sales on projects you close.</li></ul><ul><li>Growth opportunity: Potential to transition into a full-time position in spring with expanded responsibilities and earning potential.</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience in both design and sales, working directly with high-end clientele.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Experience in landscape design, gardening, sales, or related fields (bonus if you bring both!).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong design eye and ability to translate client desires into clear plans.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication skills and confidence meeting with homeowners.</li></ul><ul><li>Self-motivated, organized, and excited to be part of a growing business.</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re looking for a flexible, seasonal opportunity with the chance to grow into a full-time career, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
