The Role:

We’re looking for a motivated, design-minded sales associate to join us for the fall/winter season. This is a contract position with a flexible schedule, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in both creative design and client-facing sales. For the right person, this role can transition into a full-time position in spring as our busy season ramps up. Our type of business is very seasonal, meaning hours ramp up in the spring/fall and slow down in the winter/ hot summer months.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with clients to understand their outdoor vision and lifestyle needs.

• Develop design concepts and proposals that reflect Botanical Artistry’s style and attention to detail.

• Present and refine designs, working closely with clients through the sales process.

• Collaborate with the owner and project team to ensure smooth handoff from design to installation.

• Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth in every client interaction.

What We Offer:

• Flexible schedule — work when it fits best, as long as client needs are met.

• Base pay: $18–$25/hr (depending on experience).

• Commission: Earn 3–7% of gross sales on projects you close.

• Growth opportunity: Potential to transition into a full-time position in spring with expanded responsibilities and earning potential.

• Hands-on experience in both design and sales, working directly with high-end clientele.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in landscape design, gardening, sales, or related fields (bonus if you bring both!).

• Strong design eye and ability to translate client desires into clear plans.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence meeting with homeowners.

• Self-motivated, organized, and excited to be part of a growing business.
