In this role, you will be the backbone of our dining service, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a seamless dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable hospitality experience while contributing to a lively, family-oriented atmosphere.Duties<ul><li>Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area at all times</li><li>Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques to maintain hygiene standards</li><li>Assist in food preparation tasks such as plating or basic kitchen duties as needed</li><li>Support the serving team by bussing tables quickly during busy service times</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing routines</li><li>Handle food handling responsibilities safely and according to health regulations</li><li>Support catering or banquet events by providing timely cleanup and setup assistance</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is valued</li><li>Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods</li><li>Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues</li><li>Basic understanding of kitchen operations including bussing, cleaning, and food preparation</li><li>Hospitality mindset with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests</li><li>Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus but not essential</li></ul>Join us at Bottom Creek where your energy fuels memorable moments!
