Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our dining service, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a seamless dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable hospitality experience while contributing to a lively, family-oriented atmosphere.

Duties

  • Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area at all times
  • Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques to maintain hygiene standards
  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as plating or basic kitchen duties as needed
  • Support the serving team by bussing tables quickly during busy service times
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing routines
  • Handle food handling responsibilities safely and according to health regulations
  • Support catering or banquet events by providing timely cleanup and setup assistance

Skills

  • Experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is valued
  • Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations including bussing, cleaning, and food preparation
  • Hospitality mindset with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus but not essential
