We provide compassionate, personalized care in a supportive environment, and we&rsquo;re looking for the right person to join our team and help us expand our impact in the community.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, and is comfortable wearing many hats in a small but growing healthcare business.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Front Office Support: Manage incoming calls, voicemails, and client inquiries with warmth and professionalism.</li><li>Scheduling: Maintain and coordinate the clinic schedule, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Marketing &amp; Outreach:</li><li>Create and manage social media content to strengthen our online presence.</li><li>Design brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.</li><li>Draft and send marketing emails to our patient and provider lists.</li><li>Administrative Duties: Assist with clinic organization, light bookkeeping tasks, and other responsibilities as assigned.</li><li>Growth &amp; Adaptability: Take initiative on new tasks as the role evolves alongside the clinic&rsquo;s growth.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous administrative experience preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>High attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Preferred experience: Working in non-hospital based medical practices such as plastic surgery, orthodontics, private physical therapy, or non-hospital based midwifery.</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Part-time: Starting at 10 hours per week, with growth potential up to 32 hours per week as the clinic expands.</li><li>Flexible scheduling available within clinic hours.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and cover letter to: Lindsay@BottomsUpPT.comApplications without a cover letter will not be considered.Why Join Us?At Bottoms Up!
