We are seeking a Technical Facility Coordinator with 2&ndash;5 years of experience in commercial property management, facilities management, or building maintenance coordination. This position is ideal for someone who has developed a solid foundation in facility and property operations and is ready to take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities while continuing to grow professionally.The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, technically minded, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent service to property owners, tenants, and vendors.Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs.</li><li>Manage vendors and contractors, including obtaining bids, scheduling work, and monitoring project completion.</li><li>Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs.</li><li>Coordinate repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and other building systems.</li><li>Track and manage work orders to ensure timely completion.</li><li>Assist with capital improvement and construction projects.</li><li>Review invoices, proposals, and service contracts for accuracy.</li><li>Communicate with tenants, contractors, ownership, and management regarding maintenance and projects.</li><li>Maintain organized records of maintenance activities, inspections, and vendor contracts.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and project coordination.</li><li>Help ensure properties are maintained in a safe, clean, and professional manner.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in commercial property management, facilities management, or building maintenance coordination.</li><li>Working knowledge of commercial building systems and maintenance practices.</li><li>Experience coordinating vendors and multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software such as Yardi is preferred.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with commercial properties.</li><li>Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and building operations.</li><li>Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.</li></ul>Benefits: Paid time off, 401(k), employer contribution toward health insurance, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
