Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, vibrant environment where teamwork and enthusiasm are celebrated.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted</li><li>Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards</li><li>Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations</li><li>Demonstrate excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is beneficial</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities</li><li>Experience with guest services roles such as host/hostess or serving in high-volume venues is advantageous</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations are essential</li><li>Culinary experience or kitchen background can be a plus for understanding food preparation processes</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about delivering exceptional service, thrive in energetic environments, and want to be part of a team that values hospitality excellence.
