Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations
• Demonstrate excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is beneficial
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Experience with guest services roles such as host/hostess or serving in high-volume venues is advantageous
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations are essential
• Culinary experience or kitchen background can be a plus for understanding food preparation processes
