Experience &amp; Education:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of administrative experience</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s Degree required</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred</li></ul>
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant II provides intermediate administrative support and handles a wider range of responsibilities with limited supervision. This role supports managers and departments by coordinating administrative functions and ensuring efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage lifecycle of Bowlin&rsquo;s corporate credit card program</li><li>Apply for various business permits/licenses and work with other departments to ensure accurate COIs</li><li>Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars</li><li>Prepare basic correspondence and reports</li><li>Maintain and create accurate filing systems for such matters as subcontractors, customers, leases, etc.</li><li>Serve as a back-up for Accounts Payable</li><li>Support office staff with clerical tasks as assigned</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li></ul></div>
