All paid positions include comprehensive training and growth opportunities.Duties<ul><li>Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to maintain healthy turf.</li><li>Use hand tools and power tools for landscape installation, maintenance, and repair projects.</li><li>Assist with planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery while ensuring proper horticultural practices.</li><li>Maintain landscape features including hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and fire pits.</li><li>Operate equipment such as excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently for various seasonal projects.</li><li>Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering efficiency.</li><li>Conduct landscape maintenance activities including pruning, tree trimming, mulching, and snow removal when needed.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment and tools effectively.</li><li>Experience with lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices.</li><li>Familiarity with landscaping design principles and horticulture fundamentals.</li><li>Ability to use hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools safely and accurately.</li><li>Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming, planting, and health assessment.</li><li>Experience working with irrigation systems and hardscape installations.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction processes related to landscape projects.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina.</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols.
