<p></p><div><ul><li>Provide individualized tutoring to supplement classroom learning and instruction.</li>
<li>Facilitate insight into the learning process.</li>
<li>Assist students in the comprehension of course content.</li>
<li>Participate in professional development training in person and on discussion boards.</li>
<li>Provide a student perspective on learning and school success (organization, note taking, time management, etc.).</li>
<li>Remit tutee progress reports on a weekly basis.</li>
<li>Administration of learning style instruments as needed (VARK, Barsch, etc.).</li>

<p></p><div><p>Provides administrative support to Chair, Graduate Coordinator, faculty, and graduate students in the Psychology Department to facilitate the daily operations of the Psychology graduate program.</p></div><p></p>

Coordinate communication with current and prospective graduate students</li><li>
Serve as budget administrator with graduate contracting platform, requests graduate student contracts</li><li>
Reconciles and tracks budgets. Identifies budget issues. Collects and compiles information for regular budget reports.</li><li>
Maintain graduate student records, updates policies and handbooks</li><li>
Responds to queries from faculty, graduate students, and prospective students regarding policies and procedures</li><li>
Assists in course schedule development, provides basic information regarding course prerequisites, independent study and registration</li><li>
Manages event planning related to graduate program, including graduate student orientation</li><li>
Greets visitors to the main office, assists students, faculty and visitors</li><li>
Participates in organized department-wide events</li><li>
