<div><div>Boyd Bros. is looking for an Account Manager.
</div><div>Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:</div>
<ul>
<li>Contacting drivers for status updates</li>
<li>Creating, coordinating and completing shipments of goods with owner operators and partner carriers</li>
<li>Communicating with customers when necessary to advise shipment delays and/or information necessary to process orders</li>
<li>Providing excellent customer service at all times</li>
<li>Processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders</li>
</ul>
