Account Manager

Boyd Bros. is looking for an Account Manager.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Contacting drivers for status updates
Creating, coordinating and completing shipments of goods with owner operators and partner carriers
Communicating with customers when necessary to advise shipment delays and/or information necessary to process orders
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders
