Boyd Bros. is looking for an Account Manager.
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Contacting drivers for status updates
- Creating, coordinating and completing shipments of goods with owner operators and partner carriers
- Communicating with customers when necessary to advise shipment delays and/or information necessary to process orders
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders
