Alongside the landscaping business, we also run a rapidly growing online brand called No School Just Tools, focused on entrepreneurship, home service businesses, and practical education for people who want to build businesses without traditional schooling.Our content has reached millions of views across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, and we are now looking for a Content &amp; Social Media Manager to help us grow aggressively and stay consistent across all platforms.This role will begin as part-time hourly and has the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the brand continues to scale.Position OverviewHybrid role (1&ndash;2 in-person filming days per week in Richmond, VA)Primarily remote outside of filming daysPart-time to start (15&ndash;25 hours per week)Hourly to begin, with potential to transition into salaryOpportunity to grow within a rapidly scaling brand and businessYou will work directly with the founder to help document and grow both the landscaping company and the online brand.Content ExpectationsDaily short-form content across multiple platforms.Typical weekly output will include:<ul><li>1&ndash;2 short-form posts per day</li><li>(TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels)</li><li>1&ndash;2 YouTube videos per week</li><li>Content repurposed across all platforms</li><li>Consistent daily posting schedule</li></ul>You will be responsible for ensuring content is edited, captioned, and posted consistently.Responsibilities Content Creation &amp; EditingFilm content on job sites, in the field, or during business activitiesEdit both short-form and long-form videosCreate thumbnails and captionsRepurpose content across multiple platformsOrganize and maintain a content libraryMaintain a structured content calendarSocial Media ManagementPost daily content across platformsUpload and manage YouTube videosRespond to comments and messages when necessaryAssist with engagement and community buildingMonitor performance and identify successful content patternsCreative Strategy &amp; Idea GenerationThis role is not just editing and posting.You will also help develop content ideas and creative direction.This includes:Brainstorming weekly video ideasIdentifying viral hooks and trendsAdapting trends to our nicheRepurposing older content into new formatsHelping develop YouTube video ideasStudying other creators and competitors for inspirationWe are looking for someone who thinks creatively and proactively, not someone who waits to be told exactly what to film.Brand Growth SupportTrack basic analytics and performance metricsAssist with marketing initiativesHelp identify opportunities for brand partnershipsSupport the growth of both:Boyd Landscaping (local service business)No School Just Tools (online brand and community)QualificationsYou do not need years of professional experience.
