At the Bozeman Hot Springs Caf&eacute; we are seeking a reliable and energetic Part Time Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages along with food and supporting daily caf&eacute; operations while providing excellent customer service! Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including coffee drinks, smoothies, Italian sodas, and juices plus food</li><li>Operate and maintain coffee and beverage equipment</li><li>Assist with daily opening and closing tasks</li><li>Follow recipes and instructions accurately and efficiently</li><li>Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared in accordance with safety and sanitation standards</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment</li><li>Provide friendly and welcoming customer service</li><li>Must be able to lift 50lbs or more</li></ul>Schedule: Thursday 11am - 7pm, Friday 11:30am - 7:30pm, Sunday 10am - 6pmWe&rsquo;re looking for dependable, positive team members who take pride in their work and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that includes a competitive wage with tips! In this dynamic role, you&rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for campers and visitors, ensuring a smooth check-in process while providing exceptional customer service. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create memorable outdoor experiences for all guests. Whether managing reservations, answering inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of our resort.This is a full-time, seasonal position that runs from May - October.Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome guests warmly and efficiently</li><li>Process campground reservations and check-ins using phone, email, and reservation software.</li><li>Provide accurate information about campground amenities, policies, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.</li><li>Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and friendly phone etiquette.</li><li>Manage guest accounts, payments, and registration details while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.</li><li>Assist with guest relations by resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.</li><li>Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure the campground is clean, safe, and well-maintained.</li><li>Maintain organized records of reservations, check-ins/outs, and incident reports to support smooth operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment.</li><li>Strong customer service skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Knowledge of hospitality standards including guest relations, phone etiquette, and resort operations.</li><li>Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks if needed.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
