Job Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Campground Registration Clerk, where your enthusiasm for guest service and organizational skills will shine! In this dynamic role, you&rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for campers and visitors, ensuring a smooth check-in process while providing exceptional customer service. Whether managing reservations, answering inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of our resort.This is a full-time, seasonal position that runs from May - October.Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome guests warmly and efficiently</li><li>Process campground reservations and check-ins using phone, email, and reservation software.</li><li>Provide accurate information about campground amenities, policies, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.</li><li>Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and friendly phone etiquette.</li><li>Manage guest accounts, payments, and registration details while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.</li><li>Assist with guest relations by resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.</li><li>Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure the campground is clean, safe, and well-maintained.</li><li>Maintain organized records of reservations, check-ins/outs, and incident reports to support smooth operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment.</li><li>Strong customer service skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Knowledge of hospitality standards including guest relations, phone etiquette, and resort operations.</li><li>Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks if needed.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
