Whether managing reservations, answering inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of our resort.

This is a full-time, seasonal position that runs from May - October.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and efficiently
Process campground reservations and check-ins using phone, email, and reservation software.
Provide accurate information about campground amenities, policies, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and friendly phone etiquette.
Manage guest accounts, payments, and registration details while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist with guest relations by resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure the campground is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Maintain organized records of reservations, check-ins/outs, and incident reports to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hospitality standards including guest relations, phone etiquette, and resort operations.
Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks if needed.
