Responsibilities * Deliver outstanding customer service to all shoppers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. * Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide knowledgeable advice on products. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. * Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, replenishing shelves, and conducting regular inventory checks. * Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising in line with company guidelines. * Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and operational goals. * Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications * Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. * A professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. * Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. * The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as required by the retail schedule. * A genuine interest in the retail industry and a desire to develop your skills.
